A.  Online Application:
1. Complete the application form online
2. Upload the birth certificate & immunization record (original copies to be presented for verification)
3. Upload a passport photo
4. An application Fee of HK$40 to be paid on the interview
5. Interview details will be distributed through email
6. Four stamped & self-addressed envelopes (4″ X 9″) to be submitted on the interview

B.  In-school application:
1. Submission of application form, together with 
2. Copies of birth certificate & immunization record (original copies to be presented for verification)
4. Two passport size photos (4 x 5 cm)
5. Four stamped & self-addressed envelopes (4″X 9″) 
6. An application fee of HK$40

School hours：
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m
Saturday               : 8:30 a.m to 1:00 p.m

Application Form 2025-2026

In pursuit of the objective of considering student enrollments on a “need blind” basis (consistent with the concept “Education without Differentiation” first advocated by Confucius), we established the “Catiline School Fees Remission Program” since 2013, to try our utmost to provide relief for qualified students from different backgrounds with financial difficulties to study at Catiline. Since then, scores of students have benefited from this program.

Regards to this, we will base on the family condition of individual applicant, consider a certain assistance level of school fees remission (From 25% to 100%). All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and applications information is strictly confidential and will only be used for application purposes only.

Our school is a private kindergarten with no government subsidy, therefore, all funds are allocated by the School Board.​
